Our job ends where property management begins: we get the home guest-ready, and you take it from there — running it yourself or bringing on whatever ongoing help you choose.
A note on material participation: Many owners pursuing short-term rental tax benefits need the activity to be treated as non-passive, which generally requires the owner — not a manager — to materially participate in operating the property. Because Setup My Airbnb is a one-time launch service and not ongoing property management, it's designed to get your Airbnb ready for you to operate and materially participate in once it's live.
